Grab a pen…here’s what you need.
1c rolled oats
½ banana
1 8oz can crushed pineapple
1 handful of walnuts
1 handful of raisins
1tbs vanilla extract
1tbs maple syrup
1tsp cinnamon
4 ice cubes
1 ½ cup almond milk
And boom. Best smoothie you’ll ever taste:)
